LTC Barry and Kim Gambrell did an excellent presentation on their efforts at Tranquility Point to help veterans using nature to help them decompress. They are continuing to expand the facility to provide more activities and be able to help more veterans. It was announced that the Surviving Spouses raised $531.00 to be donated to the local Wreaths Across America. Then the group participated in a lively auction. Anne Eller provided the energy to raise $561.75 which will be donated to the Veterans Center to provide backpacks filled with items needed by homeless veterans in the Greenwood area.
