The Council is comprised of 10 chapters located throughout the state, and we are part of the national MOAA organization located in Alexandria, VA.

Ours is an independent, nonprofit, politically nonpartisan organization. With more than 360,000 members from every branch of service, MOAA is a powerful force speaking for a strong national defense and representing the interests of military officers along the continuum of their careers.  Membership in MOAA includes active duty, retired, former, National Guard, Reserve, their families, and survivors.
