Nomination requirements were based on accomplished duties or completed tasks above and beyond the recipient's normal responsibilities to be recognized by MOAA National & our President and CEO. This required 3-5 bullet points of notable accomplishments to be submitted for nomination. Congratulations to our outgoing President LCDR Carol Scales and LTC Jim Morgan, our past Treasurer, for being nominated and receiving this award. The awards were announced at our November meeting and presented at our January Board meeting.
