1. JROTC

Citizenship, leadership, character and community service are the core tenets of high school Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps programs.

Your South Carolina Council of MOAA support many JROTC activities directly and through our individual state chapters. Your donation will provide scholarships or other benefits to select JROTC candidates.

2. Fisher House Foundation

Fisher Houses provide military families housing close to a loved one during hospitalization for an illness, disease or injury.

Your South Carolina Council of MOAA supports Fisher House directly and through our individual state chapters. Your donation provides funding for local Fisher House facilities thoughout South Carolina.

3. State Veterans' Homes

Our Council advocates for special support of and state funding for our Veterans' Homes. There are six state-run Veteran home facilities in South Carolina. Admission to these facilities is limited to Veterans who have been separated from the U.S. Armed Forces under general or honorable conditions and qualify as South Carolina citizens who are in need of skilled or intermediate nursing home care.
