Wreaths Across America Exhibit Drivers!

The Auction begins!!

At the November Star Fort MOAA meeting at Inn on the Square the Chapter showed how they support the MOAA slogan of “Never Stop Serving”. As the members entered, they brought toys for the local Salvation Army program and also brought food and clothes for a “Blessing Table” for the local Salvation Army to help people in need this Christmas season. The Salvation Army Band played some wonderful Christmas music before the meeting.  After the playing, Major Jason Hughes and his helpers loaded their vehicles with all the toys, food and clothing items to take to the Salvation Army to be distributed this Christmas season.

After dinner and a short meeting, the group participated in an auction of items they donated. The most popular items were a home-made item. The group raised $539.00 to donate to the Salvation Army.
